Can I send messages to multiple recipients at once?
Yes, you can include multiple recipients by adding the email addresses containing their phone numbers directly in the “To” field of your email system. Make sure to separate them with a semicolon. Example: 32478345608@naxai.email;32478345609@naxai.email
Is there a character limit for SMS sent via email?
Each SMS can contain up to 160 characters. Longer messages are automatically split into multiple SMS.
Can I attach files or images to the email?
No, Email to SMS only supports text messages.
How can I know if my SMS was delivered?
You can enable the “Forward SMS status” option to receive a delivery report by email. This report only shows the final status of each SMS: sent or failed.
