What file format is supported?
Only CSV files are supported. Each file must be no larger than 200 MB, with a maximum of 1,530 characters per column value, and must include a column containing the recipient’s phone number.
How can I securely connect to the FTP server?
Naxai offers two types of FTP servers: SFTP and FTPS. Each FTP connector comes with an FTP URL, username, and password, or a Public Key for authentication.
How should I structure the file for correct SMS delivery?
Each line should contain a recipient phone number.
How can I track the delivery status of my SMS?
After processing, a return file is generated on your FTP containing the final status of each SMS: sent or failed.
